Marketing buzzwords are gross. That is unless you're Domino's and you actually understand the word 'transparency'.  Transparency is having the balls big enough to let people write what they think about your once shitty product on the most eyeballed billboard in the world. Transparency is letting them post their picture next to their review so they themselves can be transparent. Transparency is letting it all happen almost live while they track their pizza from the store to their mouth.
